Y11 Physics

Accelerate ahead and learn Kinematics & Dynamics, key topics of Year 11 Physics often taught in term one.

What’s PROCON?

PROCON holiday courses are designed to accelerate into new HSC material, to give you a flying head start to Term 1. Keeping up with the course will ensure your foundation is solid while getting you comfortable on topics ahead. Project Academy’s overarching aim is for all its students to achieve a high Band 6 in all subjects in the HSC. PROCON is the very first element of this plan.

What You’ll Be Learning

Project’s Prelim Physics Summer PROCON will tackle some of the most conceptually challenging aspects in the syllabus, developing an intuitive understanding of Kinematics and Dynamics. For Kinematics, we will explore Motion of objects travelling in a straight line, Vector and Scalar quantities and graphical representation and analysis. In Dynamics, we will study motion with consideration of forces and masses, with a focus on Newton’s laws of motion and their applications in our Universe.
